What the Marks Mean

Verified: trade licence and ID confirmed

Verified

An administrator checked a trade licence or certificate against a government ID. It says who they are. It does not say the work is good.

Work verified: three or more customers confirmed completed jobs

Work verified

Three separate customers found this artisan here, called them, and confirmed the job afterwards. It is earned from real enquiries and cannot be bought or switched on by the artisan.
